Honour Board - Surrey Park Football Club

  • Another enormous year for the club:

    The Senior Men’s Team, in our first year in Division Three, go back-to-back take out the Premiership in a two-point thriller versus Donvale.

    The Senior Women’s compete in our second consecutive Grand Final and win the Premiership with a 20-point win over Montrose, finishing off a perfect undefeated season.

    The Men’s Development Team make a fourth consecutive Grand Final, just missing out by two points against Donvale.

    The Under 19’s Division One take out another Premiership, this time in a low-scoring affair versus Park Orchards. This backs up last years Division Two Premiership.

    The Under 19’s Division Three bow out in the second week of finals.

  • Surrey Park celebrates an enormous season with:

    The Senior Men’s Team taking out our first ever Premiership - EFNL Division Four.

    The Senior Women’s competing in the Grand Final for the first time since reforming, finishing runners-up.

    The Men’s Development Team make a third consecutive Grand Final, finishing runners-up.

    The Under 19’s complete an undefeated season, and take out the Premiership - EFNL Division Two.

  • Another successful season:

    The Senior Men’s Team qualify for finals and compete in a grand final for the first time - finishing runners up for the year.

    The Senior Women’s Team also qualify for finals, winning through to a Preliminary Final.

    The Men’s Development Team win through to another Grand Final, and claims a second Premiership.

    The Under !9’s go into recess for the year, as junior competitions are restructured following the Covid years.

  • With the season cut short (Covid-19), the club’s progress continued:

    The Senior Men’s Team finished second on the ladder.

    The Senior Women’s Team, in the first season back, competes in the EFNL Division Two competition, claiming our maiden victory.

    The Men’s Development Team finish on top of the ladder with an undefeated season.

    The Under 19’s compete in the EFNL Premier Division, winning 5 of 10 completed matches to sit equal fifth on the ladder.

  • No games due to Covid.

  • Surrey Park takes another step forward on-field:

    The Senior Men’s Team competes in finals for the first time in many years, narrowly losing the first semi-final.

    The Men’s Development Team make their first Grand Final and take the Premiership from the previously undefeated East Burwood, 10.9.69 to 7.4.46.

    The Under 19’s again make the Grand Final for the third year running - but suffer a narrow loss to Park Orchards in the EFNL Division One Grand Final.

  • The Club starts to build momentum competing in finals:

    The Senior Men’s Team finished the season with six wins.

    The Men’s Development Team make finals again losing the Preliminary Final to Forest Hill in extra time.

    The Under 19’s for the second-year running compete in the Grand final but are defeated by Whitehorse / Soth Croydon - EFNL Division Four.

  • The club rebuild continues:

    The Senior Men’s Team win eight matches for the year.

    The Men’s Development Team make finals for the first time in a number of years but are defeated by Coldstream in the First Semi-final.

    The Under 19’s finish the regular season undefeated, to make finals for the second year running and play off in the Grand Final only to finish Runner-Up to Donvale.

  • Surrey Park continues to show improvement:

    The Senior Men’s Team wins ten matches for the year, just missing out on finals.

    The Men’s Development Team win eight games.

    The Under 19’s make it through to the finals, losing the First Semi-final to finish fourth for the year.

  • The Under 19’s make it through to the finals, losing the Preliminary Final by two points against Warrandyte.

  • The Under 19’s make it through to the finals, losing the Preliminary Final by 49 points against Coldstream.

  • The Under 19’s make it through to the finals, losing the Elimination Final by 19 points against Coldstream.

  • The Under 19’s make it through to the finals, losing the Preliminary Final by five points against Park Orchards.

  • The Under 19’s make it through to the finals, wiming the Elimination Final but then going down to Glen Waverley Hawks in the First Semi Final by 15 points.

  • Both the Senior and Reserve Men's teams participate in finals, with the Seniors losing the First Semi-final by 34 points against local rival Whitehorse Pioneers, while the Reserves make it through to the Grand Final in a rematch from 2004, only to lose to Kilsyth 12.12.84 to 8.19.67.

  • The Reserve Men's finish third at the end of the home and away series, and push through to the Grand Final to defeating Kilsyth 13.5.83 to 6.10.46 to claim the Premiership

  • Surrey makes the shift to the Eastern Football League.

  • The Reserves make it back-to-back Premierships with another victory over Ashwood 12.17.89 to 9.4.58

  • After gaining promotion to Southern Football League Division Two, both Senior and Reserves make Grand Finals. Seniors are defeated by Mordialloc 13.5.83 to 10.8.68 while the Reserves defeat Ashwood to become Premiers, 10.11.71 to 3.6.24

  • The Senior side fail to make finals; however, the Reserves finish one top but ultimately lose the Grand Final to Lyndale 15.10.100 to 10.4.64

  • The Senior side fail to make finals; however the Reserves finish third and lose a Preliminary Final by two points.

  • Both Senior and Reserves, again make the Southern Football League Third Division Finals. The Seniors again lose the First Semi Final however the Reserves take out the clubs first ever Premiership defeating Heatherton 16.7.103 to 9.9.63

  • Competing in the Southern Football Leage Division Three, Surrey Park, in our inaugural year reach the finals in both Senior and Reserves, bowing out in both first-semi finals.
